Description du poste

As an IP Licensing Professional within Lighting Solutions you will:

  •  Identify, develop and close new license contracts with French companies making use of Philips’ patents (http://www.ip.philips.com/licensing/led-based-luminaires-and-retrofit-bu...) .
  • Lead or participate in projects to realize the potential value of new business cases, including negotiations with third parties. This requires a very high level of entrepreneurial drive and a can-do attitude.
Profil du candidat

An experienced IP Licensing Professional with:

  • An academic background in technical or legal or Business. Ideally a combination of the three
  • At least 4 years of experience in IP licensing, preferably in an IP intensive business
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
  • A pro-active, entrepreneurial, business-oriented working attitude and a proven understanding of the commercial value of Intellectual Property
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • The confidence and communications skills to operate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Fluency in English
